Selling the house is just a part of true real estate marketing. Selling the location and all that it has to offer is oftentimes just as important (maybe even more than) as the actual home.
That’s why I go a step further in my photography services. Offering photography, both from the ground and aerials, of the street, neighborhood and city/town is something that isn’t frequently offered with other photographers and that’s what makes me stand out from the crowd.
Maybe you have a photographer that you love, but is often not available when you need him/her. I’m happy to be your ‘second’ should you run into that problem down the road (pun intended). 😁
